The fair will showcase Southern Highlands produce and products relevant to the hospitality industry.  From wine to beer, spirits, honey, eggs, truffles, meats, relishes, jam, candles, flowers … you name it. If it’s made here, it will be on display.

If you are a producer and would like to have a stand, the cost is $25.

Entry is free for hospitality industry.
